Remote-Assist can be used in two basic modes:

As a support tool where a single technician or support person wants to remotely control or assist a large number of client PC's.

To allow regular unrestricted unattended access to one remote PC by one or more people (not simultaneously).

The same low charge of $20 per month* (plus GST) applies to either scenario.

Remote-Assist offers the following features:

Works with all versions of Microsoft Windows (except Windows 95).
Small download (under 400kb for remote PC and 700kb for local PC)
No files permenantly stored on remote PC (unless install option chosen).
File copying between remote and local PC's.
Reboot remote PC (must have admin rights - n/a on Win98 or NT4).
Set a remote PC to be remotely accessed at any time (optional additional password protection).
Allow remote PC to view local desktop (view only or full control).

* All monthly payments must be made by automatic payment authority. Annual payment option of $220 plus GST per annum is avaiable. Discounts for multiple accounts are available.
